Awesome old school training. Really going to be ready for this fight and im picking him to win.

Only thing is, I wish he would do more lower body work, really for his thing legs. Hes starting to look too top heavy.

Yeh he has lady pins on him, thats for sure (in a size way, not ......). Although I'm guessing that is part the reason his frame makes the weight. (the other half being he is just freakish)

Paul looks like he's gaining some positive mass. Positive because the work outs are designed to increase his hand speed so he may not be losing any from the mass gain.

And this is why Paul Williams has one of/ if not the best conditioning in the sport. Looking at him, I strongly doubt he can make 47.
