Interesting training. Looks like its gonna add bulk muscle not lean muscle. I'm not sure if this is the best training for the fight tho.

He's mostly using body weight exercises, you've got it backwards.

There's only one problem. Martinez is a beast too. In fact, he's done something new for this fight; he done wrestled with an alligator. That's right. He wrestled with an alligator.
