Why doesn't Manny just take Random OST with no cutoff now?

He's got all the time in the world to "recover" for his next fight so he won't be weak for it.

Plus he would make the Mayweather's and all the doubters in Boxing and people who feel he might be on something look like fools for accusing him?

He and his team have stated they have no problem with the tests and will take them anytime, anyplace so why not now?

Manny's not in training now and it would ruin Mayweather's request and if he's found clean put even more pressure on Mayweather to make the fight.
