I do think Penalosa won that fight. To me it was a smaller version of what happened on Saturday with Karras and Jones. I saw Karass beating Jones but the judges saw the fight another way just like they did in the Penalosa vs Morel fight.

Back to the topic, Mares is a good fighter but I saw that he became tired quick in the bout against Perez which I believe he won once he got a second wind later in the fight. We will see, that is just my opinion I think he might be a bit too green to fight Vic. Mares is a small bantamweight if anything he should try and go down to 115.
