Floyd Mayweather Facing Battery Allegations From Security Guard

Floyd Mayweather just recently got hit with a restraining order thanks to an assault incident involving his ex-girlfriend and their children. New allegations of battery coming from a Las Vegas security guard have Mayweather's temper again in question.
According to police, the guard -- whose name has not been released -- told police he was writing several citations for cars parked illegally outside Mayweather's house when the boxer emerged and attacked him.
"Mr. Mayweather became agitated and came out of his house," officer Marcus Martin said. "When the guard rolled down the window, he poked the security guard in the face with his finger several times, according to the security officer."
The guard claims that Mayweather the issue of parking outside his home has been the source of dispute between the boxer and the homeowner association security officers.
According to police, Mayweather wouldn't come out of his house when officers knocked on the door, simply wishing them a good night. A misdemeanor battery report was submitted to the Clark County district attorney for possible prosecution.
Mayweather is due back in court in January over the original assault charges.
