Knockout wasn't necessary but it was what Roach and Pacquiao initially wanted but they realized that was not gonna happen. They get points for playing the sympathy card but the fact is they failed to do what Mosley did which was getting Margarito's butt on the canvas.

i dont really think its a fair assesment....pac was awsome and id root for him to beat mayweather but margarito and mayweather are completley different boxers mayweather is so elusive , is a counter puncher.....cheato is relentless to the point of suicide ...pac is dope love the guy but that fight could go either way and allthough i hate saying this if the chicken got in the ring i think hes just got the edge on pac on skill. by a thin margin.. heart tho... thats a different matter
