I respect pac a s a fighter but he did fight and win 2 belts at a catch weight. Cotto at 145 which isn't even a real WW fight and MArgaplaster at 150. He is a beast an atg but he is not the best at 154 one of the best at WW at the moment.

Catchweight are rules included in boxing. Floyd demanded blood test, which wasn't included in Nevada State Commision, Pac could also demand this type of request, which
