Those were all solid or good wins at those times though.

I don't think that's true. They just recognise there were better versions of those fighters. You don't get credit for beating a prime opponent if you beat a lesser version.

In fairness to Floyd he wanted to fight the prime version of Mosley (dodged a bullet imo) but he ducked a prime Cotto.

As for the Ortiz win, it ended in farce so credit isn't really due and many didn't think he should have fought him anyway.

Floyd should have fought all those guys in 2007-2008 I'm talking Cotto-Williams-Margarito- and than Pacquaio in 2010..

Could he have won all four of those fights? Possibly.. but we will never know.
