After watching the fight again, in the 10th round I noticed in the clinch Manny was talking to Margarito.. It's believe he said to Margarito 'I'm not going to hurt you anymore' so he carried him till the 12 round.. Manny wanted the fight to be stopped but the ref refused to stop it, you can see Manny looked at the ref 2-3 times to stop the fight so he layed of the gas for the final 2 rounds.

yeah he did it for the Cotto fight too looking at the ref, but Marg's beating was brutal, he didn't look like Margarito after the fight. Props to Manny, I would of been scared looking at the sight of Marg's face.

I believed that was in the 11th. Pac was still going full throttle in the 10th. I still remember with 20 seconds left, Pac popping a HARD right hook to Marg's head so hard that Margs wobbled and his knees buckled.
