Andre Berto at 147, who is prime, undefeated and owns the WBC welterweight title.

Tim Bradley, at 140, or 147 (Bradley specifically called him out at 147) who is a prime Ring ranked top ten welterweight and a 140-pound titleholder.

Margarito, Not Berto cause his overrated and hasn't been tested and same with Bradley. Margarito had war with lots of elite fighters, even though He is a cheater.

I must agree. And I happen to like Bradley and think he's a terrific fighter, and have even wanted to see a Pac/Bradley fight for quite some time now.

Assuming Pacquiao can beat Bradley, then its definitely Bradley. The guy is in his prime, undefeated & way better than a Margarito (without plaster)..
