Margarito's team was accusing Pac of having a pre-prepared piece of tape on his wraps and wanted him to to completely re-wrap.

Roach was pissed because someone saw Hydroxycut in Margarito's locker room and he thought they were just ****ing with Pac because they had been caught with something illegal.

I thought both camps were playing mind games, the commissioner called them out and roach snapped. LOL.

Get it correct son. Roach was pissed because he somehow found out that Margo took some illegal substance in the locker room and Roach wanted to have Margo do a urine test before the fight. The commission then stated that they do the testing on Margo after the fight and that both Roach and Garcia were playing mind games but Roach said that by then the substance would have left Margo's body and the test will be useless.

So I guess the clever commission guys told Roach to go fcuk himself and went ahead with the fight regardless of whether Margo took any illegal substance or not.
