If Floyd really wants the fight, and isn't scared, then he'll negotiate.

      That still doesn't make sense.
Because, Tygart (USADA) is a personal friend of Floyd, and Mosley is vice-president of GBP and Floyd is under GBP.

These are facts you don`t see. There are no checks and balance.

manny never compromised.manny didn't compromise when he went from 30 days to 24 days the 24 days was something arum asked for because there was footage of manny takin a blood test less than 30 days before a fight so they had to budge from 30 days or not they would look like they were scared and lyin and as far as the 14 days that was offered that was offered by floyd not manny and manny and his team try to say it was never offered but than arum says that floyd was not lyin that he did offer 14 days but they were goin to fight clottey. where in those negotiations was manny compromisin to try to make the fight? it seems to me like floyd was the only 1that compromised
That's called following the negotiations closely. Pacfans want to twist facts, but the facts remain unchanged.

arum asked for someone other than the usada and floyd had no problem with it but i guess the drug testin itself was the problem for manny not who's the one doin the drug testin

It's obvious to anyone even mildly interested in boxing that Floyd wants no piece of Pacquiao. He practically went into hiding last time Arum publicly called him out to negotiate then suddenly reappeared in videos on the net and interviews the moment Pac signs to fight Margarito. Floyd won't take any risks, he's only interested in fighting over matched opponents these days.

So why would Floyd -- who's never tested positive for PED's -- be willing to take the same random tests with no cut-off dates?

Can you explain that one away?

are we still with this OST/drug testing issue? C'mon! Move on! Its just an excuse used by Mayweather that has gone out of hand. Because Mayweather insisted with it, he has to pursue and continue with it or else he will look more like a **** than he already is. To continue insisting on it as the basis to push through or not with the dream match is just plain ducking. And its not the OST that was an issue. The purse split is/was an issue. One after another, never ending issues. Its so obvious someone is scared.

It's Freddie and Pac fans who are scared for Manny which is why they insist on cut-off dates.

BTW, MP never tested positive for PEDs and steroids in his whole life either.

But aside from MP`s beliefs (the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit) and superstitions (he got beat after being drained of blood before the Morales fight, just because the hospital allegedly lost his blood samples -graft and corruption), the Pacman Team and Arum would never allow Floyd to dictate his own personal testing rules (the opponent`s rules) as long as Manny Pacquiao holds a world title is P4P no.1.

In their first negotiations MP holds a world title, Floyd had none and was only P4P no.2.

Agreed. He definitely has to negotiate in good faith should they ever resume talks. Don't know what the PPV #s are for this bout but hopefully these two can work out a reasonable split and Manny agrees to full testing. That's really all of us can ask for.
