too bad the minority in this instance is better than the majority---we know more---we know the truth---that poster said manny is better at what he does than floyd is at what he does, but last time i checked, only one of them still hasn't lost--hello---wake up slowpoke---floyd is the only COMPLETE fighter in the sport---next to him is ivan calderon, not manny---floyd holds compubox records, offensively an defensively--i'd say he's way better at what he does, and more dominant---and he will dominate manny---

This is really unacceptable from a boxing columnist. It's really mind-blowing how beating Margarito is any sort of indication that Pac would just run over Floyd. Styles makes fights and Pac had an enormous amount of trouble against a right-hand counter-puncher in Marquez. How much more against a guy like Mayweather?

Maybe that's why he's avoiding pac. It's not like he avoids good competition or anything like that
floyd has DOMINATED EVERY southpaw hes fought

The fact that Floyd hasn't lost isn't the question, I can certainly see that. But I also see who he either, hasn't fought, or even more telling (for me, anyway) who he HAS fought. The only negative I can give Manny is for not giving a 3rd fight to Marquez, but it doesn't tarnish his legacy the way FMJ's will be if he doesn't get in the ring with MP. As for CompuBox records, here's one for you; MP ranks #8 on the list of fighters in title fights that have landed more than 400 punches, with 474 vs. Margarito. Guess where FMJ ranks? He doesn't.

Well put. To add, the last southpaw that Mayweather fought was Zab Judah. Despite Judah's inconsistencies, he has very comparable speed to Pac, yet Mayweather adjusted. On top of that, the MAIN FACTOR in his success against Mayweather for the first four rounds of their fight was HIS JAB. One cannot make the argument that Pac has any sort of effective jab.

Floyd will now duck Pacquiao and find excuses after another.

I don't think his win over Zab Judah would exactly qualify as "domination". It was a UD, sure; but anyone who watched that fight really can't say it was as a dominating performance by FMJ.

He dominated him. There is a reason zab hit him with a low blow.

I too, know the scores. What I'm saying is that he didn't dominate Judah. He outpointed him - big difference. Go beyond the scorecard and look at the fight. He beat him, don't get me wrong; but I can't go so far as to call it dominating.
