Even at 140, I think Pacquiao is just above JMM in his career right now as far as physical attributes go. Pacquiao is a strong 140/147 fighter who's hurting Welterweights, and now Jr Middleweights.

People expect a replica of the previous 2 fights, but I think this one gets stopped halfway through with Pacquiao's hand raised.
