This thread is a prime example of how people can be blinded by nationalism and their own cognitive disabilities. clearly, the uneducated masses on this thread dont understand what the word deterrent means. mandatory blood testing is a deterrent against testing positive. Please do the research. before pacs first fight against Morales HE WAS unable TO use peformance enhancers of any kind..including roids BECAUSE MANDATORY BLOOD TESTING WAS NEVER NOT AGREED TO. THUS HE KNEW THE POSSIBILITY WAS THERE FOR SAID TESTS TO BE EXECUTED, EVEN THOUGH UNLIKELY..THE FACT WAS IT COULD STILL HAPPEN. He couldnt do roids, ended up getting tested, and because he couldnt be stronger and heal faster naturally without cheating he got owned by Morales. FROM that DAY on.. his lawyers and Arum made clear that these tests couldnt happen again, especially unrestricted time wise under their watch. From that day forward pacroid never had blood drawn on him.. Coincidence?
