I scoured the internet for over an hour. In that time i could find plans for the Manhattan project, the names of all of Wilt Chamberlains out of wedlock kids, and all of al capones hits, yet I wasnt able to find no where that stated unequivocally and undeniably that Pacs camp agreed to said terms on a law binding, legal basis. Floyd may be screwed up out of the ring, but in the ring he is a disciplined, well trained virtuoso who comes to fight in the best shape possible everytime and does it legitimately. He has worked hard his whole life andhis record is his lifes work. He wont allow someone to cheat whos trying to take that zero from him. I WANT PROOF THAT PAQUIO AGREED TO SAID TERMS. NEVER HAPPENED.
FACT: Pac's camp NEVER agreed to Olympic style time unrestricted drug testing!

Margarito is a tougher fight than Floyd, whom he
ducked. Why chose a tougher fight with less money?
That's the most senseless logic you've ever seen posted
in these forums. You'd really wonder what kind of world
we are living now with this kind of nonsense.Comment

Floyd said he was going to get Manny in the ring and beat the crap out of him. He failed to mention the testing so I'm guessing he didn't care for it anymore.
And now after the Margarito fight Pac's become even bigger and cemented his place further. So I'm guessing he cares even less about it now.Comment

He agreed at first, then he tried to change everything after that.
Floyd Mayweather Jr
and Manny Pacquiao will undergo extreme Blood Tests - Contract Clause
By Johnny Benz (Dec 11, 2009) Doghouse Boxing
The deal which will pit Floyd Mayweather Jr. against Manny Pacquiao on March 13th of 2010 is almost set. According to a report out by ESPN, one thing that has been agreed on is that both fighters in their run up to the mega event will be subjected to Olympic-style drug testing. Chances of either fighter using a steroid or illegal substance are pretty much slim now.
According to the report, both Mayweather Jr. and Pacquiao have agreed in the contract to a clause in which both of
them will undergo drug testing Olympic-style.
In the past, Pacquiao has been accused by Floyd Mayweather Sr. (Floyd Jr's father) of using some type performance enhancement. The accusation came even after the fact that Pacquiao has never failed any drug tests that would have proved he had ****ed his blood or system with a performance enhancing drug or chemical.
Further according to the report, both Mayweather Jr. and Pacquiao will be subjected to numerous tests (not just a single test). These tests will include blood testing and will happen during the run up to their fight. Blood samples taken from both fighters will be analyzed by the U.S. Olympic testing center at UCLA. Neither fighter will have blood expelled from thier body on the week of the fight.
