There are three options as to why Lewis made the comment that he did:
1) He is an idiot
2) He has been under a rock and hasn't followed what has been going on for the past 3 years
3) He is envious and jealous of the Klitschkos and still bitter over Vitaly retiring him and Steward working with Wlad and saying that Wlad is the naturally more talented fighter

There is no other way to explain the comment that the Diva "he should get half the cut". That's exactly what the Klitschkos are offering, a 50/50.

Lewis is just bitter. Vitali stold his thunder when his career ended. Steward has admitted that Wlad is superior to Lewis and Vitali has fought and held onto the Heavyweight Title at an age where Lewis claimed he was too old and crusty to do so himself.

Lewis has never made any sense with his commentary and his insights into the sport are usually worse than those of the average Floyd Mayweather fan.

So Lennox contradicting himself in one paragraph and telling the Klitschkos to take less than 50/50 for that vagina Diva Haye is all of a sudden "positive criticism". You are as biased as that idiot Lennox, Lennox is still sore that he got retired by Vitaly he is also bigging up his cowardlying lying Brit friend. Any non-biased person knows that the Klitschkos have been nothing but reasonable with Vagina, Diva doesn't even deserve a 50/50 offer from them but they are willing to give it to him.

here is what I think : the way the article is written causes confusion

the intro of the article leads to believe that what LL is saying is that the Klitschkos should forget about having half of the UK ppv money and keep their TV money, and split the rest in half, just like Haye wants it to be

I'm well aware that it is not a real 50/50 split, but right now, it is what has been the stumbling rock in the negociations for a fight to happen, so all LL is saying is that the Klitschkos should agree to Haye's demands in order to get him in the ring

now, you have the right to disagree with LL's opinion, but that opinion in itself may be legit

the question is, who is going to make concessions so that the fight finally happens ? unlike you people, I don't pretend knowing all about the selling power of the 2 clans, Haye brings more money to the table with his PPV while the Klits apparently put more butts in the seats, but we do not have the real numbers

I personnaly think a 50/50 deal accross the board is fair, but I don't know how much money Haye can make without the bros, and vice versa

Well, if I were about to fight a Klitschko, who would be the best qualified man to give me good insight and advice on how to beat them than a man who has actually beat one and also happens to be a top 10 HW of AT ? this is not necessarily because LL dislikes the bros, and of course he will support his own countryman, that's expected.

now, I personnaly don't think Wlad or Vitali should agree to taking less than 50/50 accross the board as it is a very fair deal and a big concession on their part since Haye was offered much less before he became a title holder, and I don't know how much money less it would represent for the bros to leave the UK money to Haye, but just imagine if Wlad said ''Ok, let's do it, keep your UK money, let's fight'', Haye, if he really is ducking them, and it does look like it, well, he would have nowhere to go, and the fight would finally happen

again, I don't agree with LL, but all LL is saying is that someone has to budge, and since Haye is the one who brings more PPV money (although the bros bring more money in other departments) and also hapens to be his countryman, of course LL suggests that the bros are the ones who should budge to make the fight a reality

if Haye isn't going to budge on his demands, the bros will have to budge (although it is not fair, again) just to get him in the ring and give the fans what they want

who knows if any of the Klitschos will be able to cope with the handspeed of Haye, who have they fought with handspeed and power which is close to haye no one because clearly there is has not and hasn't been anyone this fast in the division for years. Haye can hit hard whilst backing up also, and has good head movement you can't write him off totally. If Klitscho even dare going to toe to toe they would instantly get Knocked down but Klitscho never go toe to toe unless the other fighter is worn out, they hide behind a jab.
