Antonio Margarito deserves alot of respect from both the boxing community and the fans alike he proved his mettle on saturday night with taking so much punishment from a great fighter like Manny Pacquiao who wisely never let margarito get his feet set and planted to throw them wide swining bombs that he loves to throw.Margarito showed his warriors heart despite being completely out gunned by a guy who can throw an amazing amount of rapid fire like combinations non stop and at full speed.Props to the worlds best boxer in Manny Pacquiao he remains a class act inside the ring and outside of the boxing arena.It was quite brutal to see margarito take as many flush shots from a fighter whose main weapon is his tremendous hand and foot speed and just watching the lil pacman swarm all over margarito from every which way and angle was a thing of beauty even for myself and i am a big time fan of antonio margarito.Lets just hope that margarito and his health improve and if god decides for him to fully recover i would love to see the tijuana tornado make a rematch eventually with the boricua bomber miguel cotto.And as for the sports top boxer at the moment i really hope manny pacquiao and floyd mayweather do the right thing and make the fight and settle their differences inside the ring and not outside of the ring.

Ill start off, yes Pacquiao beat the **** outta Tony. But nobody in Boxing nor on this board can take over 400 punches to the face by Pacquiao. I am so proud of Tony because he showed true heart. He was getting pulped and in no time during the fight did it seem he wanted to quit, stop, or even take a dive.

In recent fights Tony is the only man to go foward all 12 rounds against pacquiao and not get dropped. ODLH, Hatton, JMM, The Quitter, Morales, Barrera, and Clottey all failed to do what Tony did. (yes i know Erik won the first fight but got brutally destroyed the next two).

Tony exchanged with Pacquiao and recieved brutal blows, the same blows that dropped The Quitter and the one that turned Hattons life to *******. Tony took the shots and kept going foward.

Margarito kept his word to his fans and people. He promised no quitting, and he delivered that. Tony came to win and a well prepared monster but couldnt handle the beast that is Pacquiao. The Margarito that showed up last night would of easily destroyed any 147-154er.

I laugh at you people who still say Tony is a featherfisted fighter. Tony actually hurt Pacquiao and Pacquiao even admitted Tony was his hardest fight. Honestly now, can a featherfisted fighter really give an iron chinned guy like pacquiao problems? Do you think Paulie Maliginaggi can hurt Pacquiao to the head or body? Of course not.

Change speed and head movement? Wtf? The guy has had about over 45 pro fights do you really think they could of molded him into a brand new fighter? Imo they did a very good job, Tony used his jab a lot which is something he never does. Its been years where I haven't seen tony use his jab before the garcia fight.

What you ask is impossible to do with the 30 year old fighter, that's like trying to make floyd mayweather to become a pressure fighter like Tony or make cotto into a brilliant boxer like floyd mayweather in a span of 1 training camp.

Pac weight the same as tony? Sorry ****head but tony isn't a 144lber, if you wanna argue about being a 147er then no because Tony claimed to struggle make that weight. There is no arguing tony vs pacquiao at 147 because that's a fantasy fight. When Tony ruled 147 pacquiao was in 135 or moving to 140. Now tony can't make 147 healthy.
