Diaz said it was more speed than power; Marg got stunned with a RIGHT HAND (amazing to me that Pac hurt iron chinned Marg with a right hook) and hurt by body shots.

Why do people say he doesn't hit hard?

I think Pacquiao's fast accumalation of punches are the ones KOing or hurting (atleast) most guys you have said.
