too many one track mind posters here. slick doesnt apply to defensive minded fighters only. you can be slick offensively, slipping dodging while throwing volumes and that's what pac does effectively. of course he gets hit more for ***s sake, coz his arms are out there throwing instead of covering up like a pvssy. and that's where his slick footwork helps him.

Pacs been cut before and badly at that. I take nothing away from him. Offense wise hs a freak but he leaves a lot to be desired as far as defense.

Slick fighters dont get beat up like he did vs Marquez.

Pacquiao has the footwork and speed to be slick, but he is far from it. He has an explosive style with little defense. He rarely rolls with punches and doesn't utilize good upper body movement as much as he should (though he is very capable of doing so) and lastly, Pacquiao does not set you up like a slick boxer would. And if you think that only a black fighter can be slick, take a peek at Dmitri Pirog, an Eastern European (Russian to be exact) and an incredibly slick boxer.
