I will tell you this, Marquez is not a legit contender for Manny at this time. He is past and is simply looking for a big payday, as Manny is the new golden goose of boxing. Everybody is going to want to fight him. Marquez is simply too far past it to fight Manny and doing so would just result in another loss for Marquez. This fight should have happened a looong time ago, but Manny did not want it as Marquez was better than him.

...Pac would kill JMM if it happens..If Cotto and Marg was unable to KO Pac..then there is no way JMM can KO Pac...hell Pac could have easily made the Jr WW limit..during weigh-in..He actually fought as a Jr. WW @ 148.

Even today I don't think Manny could dish out a beating to Marquez like he did to Margarito. Marquez is very slick and fundamentally flawless. Margarito takes a beating from everybody he faces. He has no handspeed and is a come forward fighter. Do not think that because he was destroyed by Manny that Manny would do the same to Marquez. Marquez is very hard to hit and he is one of the greatest counter punchers of all time, whereas Margarito is very easy to hit, is not a good counter puncher, and does not have any hand speed or good combinations.

It's a totally different fight.

This is true against good opponents. He may have beather Cotto and Clottey, but he got beaten up in both fights. He got beaten up by P Williams and he got ****d by SSM and Pac.

ariza is a typical minion. He'll run his mouth then ask his master to try and do the dirty work since he can't handle the job himself. How long has pac been ducking JMM? No matter, if and when JMM - pac gets done, it will be way overdue. Pac's kryptonite is JMM and he damn well knows it. I don't think I'll ever take anything away from Pac as far as skills but JMM is no pushover. The only thing that might be an issue is age, but it's only a number lol. Maybe ariza can convince pac to take the fight in between spoonfuls.
