If Pac agrees to fight Williams/Martinez winner @ 147, would you criticize him?

Seeing as how Manny couldn't even make 150, would you say its fair that Manny fights either Paul or Sergio at 147, even if they can barely make weight.
OR
would you rather see another catch-weight somewhere in between?
