It's been years since Pacquiao fought a true prime fighter. The last time he did he almost lost and look how long its been and has yet to give JMM his third fight, probably too late by now.

That's my point exactly. This whole big man small man phenomenon only really applies when a good big man fights a good small man (JMM-Mayweather), although a bloated JMM isn't really at his best, still beat him decisively.
