That is true, but Ephedra is banned. It can't even be found in over the counter supplements anymore.

You can go to the drug store and a get a bronkaid. That's the closest thing to real ephedra. Fat Burners nowadays are just loaded with caffeine and herbs.

Hydroxycut used to contain Ephedra which is a banned substance for fighters. The FDA banned it a while back so I'm not sure of the exact issue. Nobody saw Marg take it pre fight but it was there.

Roach actually tried to get him to take one pre fight because it apparently leaves yout system quickly. Garcia had an issue with not seeing Manny's knuckle tape rolls made. They were both talked into dropping their issues so the fight could go on.

It's definitely not illegal. Just a lot of caffeine, yohimbine and some herbs that help with losing water weight.
