I don't see any other Mexican fighter with the athleticism, reflexes, skill, and power to beat Pacquiao except for Victor Ortiz...the kid has good head movement, good pop, and the stamina to keep up with Pacquiao...he just needs another gut check before that challenge...he has the strength to keep PAC on the ropes and the power to do the damage to the body...Ortiz is officially the last hope for the Mexicutioning to end...his hand speed is not bad at all to...if only you can put Brandon Rios's heart in a fighter like Ortiz then we'd have another special fighter...
