well think about what people were saying before each of those fights?

ODLH - still too big for pacquiao even at 147..
Hatton - only lost was to floyd at 147..undefeated at 140
Cotto - weighed in his last fight b4 pac at 146..said himself it wouldnt be a problem losing an extra pound
Clottey - considered a viable opponent b/c people felt he shoulda beaten cotto

well floyd could've been the one fighting manny tonight if he wasn't ducking so damn much..the 1st negotiations was understandable b/c he wanted the fight to be fair..but when manny agreed to do all the testing and pretty much submit to all of floyds demands during the 2nd negotiations, what does floyd do?? He says the negotiations never happened, had 2 weeks to sign the contract, and he puts out another excuse saying that he just beat mosley and doesn't want to rush into anything boxing wise and will fight when "he's ready"...Right now its up to Floyd to decide if he wants to fight pacquiao..And i agree with Max Kellerman that Floyd is waiting until he sees a slight decline in Manny before he agrees to fight him.

Pacman is such a fraud it’s beyond ridiculous. The man is clearly on drugs; hence why he won’t take the Floyd fight. Even with his drug ridden body, he is no match for Floyd Mayweather.
