Did Any Of You Expect Margarito to Win?

No, everyone knew Pac was going to brutalize him. What were the odds in Vegas before the "bad camp" stories started coming out? Margarito is an unskilled thug. His only skill is toughness.

i called it from the jump, pac would win a hard fought UD. marg was tailor made for pac, he was just big... i knew after seeing the shane fight, margs had no chance. margs defense was always garbage, he always been slow, and never been a really sharp puncher, just had balls. i knew this beating was comming because thats what happens when you fight manny and use your face for defense... i also believed margo would land some good punches and he did hurt pac

i'm not really into the technical side of boxing but when pac was hit by an uppercut to the body (was it round 4?), i thought tony could go all the way. if that was a bigger fighter than pac, where in he'd absorb the full torque of an uppercut, not midway like how pac was hit, that could've down pacquiao.

I thought Margarito would stop Pac late in the fight. My prediction was that Manny would look sensational in the first 5 rounds but Margarito would start backing Manny up and landing hard body punches and finish Manny off in the 11th or 12th. The fight was going in that direction but Manny put the pedal to the metal in the late rounds and Margarito's face failed him.

I just didint see any reason Margarito would win unless he could levee a body shot and get lucky. Hes just too slow and his lack of technique and headmovement would render him virtually useless.

In his last fight in mexico you could see that he had slowed down considerably and his inability to do much else other than throw wide looping shots was eventually going to catch up to him if his chin cant take the punishment.

Fact is i didint see any way shape or form Pac would lose. I just couldnt see it outside of a perfect shot.

Pac has got to fight somebody who isnt cannon fodder at this point, i almost got tempted to order but a ****** was good enough, i just cant see myself paying for anything outside of a competitive match, be it mayweather or anyone else.

Somethings got to give on these pathetic mismatches of guys who stand flatfooted and wait to be pummled for millions.
