I actually meant on US tv. He was supposed to make his television debut on HBO Latino and end up getting banned in New York which also means he is banned in the whole continental United States.

Im not 100% sure but isnt this the guy who had his boxing license suspended cause he got in a car accident and the doctor recomended he shouldnt fight cause of a head injury.I think he just left his country and continued to fight here despite his medical status.

He is still fighting outside the US and he is 15-0 with 15 ko's in the first round.

He's fighting outside of US now. I think the American physician is just too scared to let this guy fight. The surgery was not done here and second he just wants to protect his license to practice. What happened was there was a small clotting on Valero brain and they operated him on Venezuela. The physician could have just told Valero to rest and let the blood clot go away.
