Hard to tell...i don't think Garcia was much of a challenge for him, i didn't see the fight, so i can't tell whether he had a hard time winning it or was he just getting "tune-up" rounds in?

Of course he's shot. Just look at how well he did in his first fight after Mosley. In boxing you're only as good as your last fight. If he comes in better, he is raising to the occasion.
