Antonio Margarito is a Jr. Middleweight in this fight. And theoretically, you can fight at any wait close to the limit and it's still a Jr. Middleweight fight. That's been a part of boxing.

Nonetheless, it's not a linear title so it's not that big of a deal to begin with.

You ask Allowed?
Well commissions are not creating belts for weight classes in between weights and allowing fighters to win divisions in that class. Only for Pac.
And the only thing dummies see is...HE DA MAN...lol

Many fighters would do the same thing given the opportunities.
