So Pac being 144 somehow means he will be slow and not hit hard?

    He seems to be a little more cut at this weigh in and he weighed about the same.

      since when did Pac follow Hagler's philosophy?

        you people still don't get it. team pac planned this weight (much more lesser than margo) so that they can justify the lose (if ever pac loses to margo)...

          For most fighters i would think its a bad idea to step in that light. But manny is not a normal fighter 144 doesnt make that big of a difference. His hand and foot speed will win him the fight

            No point putting weight on if it's going to do nothing but slow him down.

              People seem to forget the two basic formulas of punching (or any other impact):

              Kinetic Energy = 1/2 Mass x Velocity^2 (squared)
              Force = Mass x Acceleration

              Look especially at kinetic energy. You get a lot more results by increasing your speed than your mass.

                What is the formula for timing a faster guy?

                Or punching when he punches?

                I think really those are the keys for Margarito to be competitive.

                Everyone knows Pac is faster.

                      who said pacquiao will be slow and not hit hard due to weighing much less than expected?
