You've already shown your ignorance on the matter by bringing up Haye's low bodyfat %. Fair bit easier to lose water weight from muscle than from fat cells, eh kid?
When he said he can't eat properly for 17 days in a row to make 200, then I would say he is weight drained.

Looking at his body at 200, he has hardly any body fat, most likely 3-4 %

If that to you is not weight drained, then so be it.

You are a fool quite frankly.

If Haye was to try and lose that 10lbs, he will have to dehydrate and that will affect him.

Water weight is easier to lose than body fat indeed, but I was talking about his low body fat % at 200 duh. Does it mean that losing water weight is a good thing? Hell no.

You keep saying 200lbs fighters come in at 210 lbs or so. That is gaining weight over night.

How do you know Haye won't come in 220 over night?

      Anyway you annoy me.

Before I leave your ignorant ass, everyone is different.

You think every boxer can lose 15 lbs like Pac and fight like they could before? No.

Does that go the other way around where some feel a lot better if they go north a few pounds? Yes.

Haye may feel a lot better in the ring at 210 than 200. This is prize fighting where even 1 % on things matter.

      If a weight of 112 to 115

      154 to 160 makes a difference

then to 200 to 210 can matter to an individual.

Again, Haye said he had to struggle real hard to make 200, and looking at his pics, he was damn toned up.

Boxing at pro level isn't some ****ty school wrestling event.

Boxing takes a lot out of someone.

Those smaller guys have much less volume of water in their bodies and cutting 10lbs is going to be much harder for a 130lb fighter than a 200+ lb guy like Haye. If he is coming in to a HW fight where he didn't make weight at 210 I don't think its unreasonable to presume he could cut the 10lbs of just water when much smaller men with less water in their entire bodies much more on a regular basis, it has nothing to do with muscle or body fat % at all.

              Either

              1. Haye is weight drained for his weigh in with Audley, which will adversely affect him on fight night.

              2. Haye could still fairly easily make CW.

Believe me, I hope it's the former, so the aging, shot never-has-been (as a pro) Harrison at least has a glimmer of hope.

It is true that 10 lbs to a smaller guy is a lot, but that does not mean Haye does not suffer cutting to 200 lbs either.

Is that the case that Haye maing 200 could affect him adversely? Yes or no Spray, you know the deal man, it is possible bro.

                      the weight advantage is irrelevant..

chagaev and haye have both beaten valuev who weighed over 300
