So Haye is somehow different from every other boxer (or human being) on the planet?

    Explain.

Most CWs come into the ring at 210 to 215, the difference being water weight. Water weight is fairly easy to lose or gain back, up to about 7 or 8% of body weight.

BTW I'd lose 7 or 8 lbs in about 45 minutes of jogging with multiple sweat shirts on.

I often lost 7 or 8 lbs overnight in high school to make weight for wrestling, and I only had about an hour or two to rehydrate, not the 24 to 36 hours pro boxers have. And 8 lbs was a higher % of my bodyweight than 10 is to Haye (this was wrestling at 138.)

To repeat most boxers WW or higher lose 10 lbs or more of water weight for the weigh in. Weight which they add back before they get into the right. Pac did this at 130 and 135, but now he's coming into the right within 4 lbs or so of the weigh in, which is the exception, not the norm. Paul Williams came into the ring at 165 vs Quintana the first time, for a 147 fight. Again, do you think that was muscle?
Who are you to say that Haye is not at his best at 200 when he himself says it's so much easier to not worry what you eat and just train.

        Come on Jim, think.

Again, this is HW, and not everyone else is also weight draining. Heck almost all boxers of every division weight drains, and they also may pay the consequence of not being at their best.

Some boxers spar a lot better than they fight when they are in shape but not have lost the extra weight in the last few days.

If your opponent also loses weight, then he has that same worry. Some boxers have magnificent ability to lose weight like Pac and Morales, but that does not mean they were at their best.

Morales had to only eat strawberries to make weight, did you now that? Pac use to train his ass off a lot harder to make weight. Apparently his piss was a dark brown for drug testing.

Again, 210.5 may be Haye's best weight, but a whole 10 lbs lower may **** him up.

When you are dehydrated, your brain cells die. They don't come back. Other **** happens to your body aswell when you're a man.

He is not a kid where a lot of abuse can be done.

I can gurantee that Haye has less body fat % than you at 200lbs aswell.

Look at him. He has less fat, skinnier face and thinner body. At HW he is bigger for sure.

If Haye didn't have 24 to 36 hours to put that water weight back on, you might have a point.

If he has a condition that makes him different from every other fighter from CW on down, I'd love to hear about it.

Yes and who is to say Haye won't come in heavier than 210?

Again, who are you to say that he wasn't weight drained?

Look at how toned he is at 200lbs

Are you saying every human is exactly the same?

Some are smarter, some are fatter, some can jump higher, some are 6 foot 4 and 150 lbs, some are 5 foot 2 and 300 lbs, some need specs, some have huge hips, some have DD cups, some can ride a horse, some can complete a rubix cube, some can lose weight and not be as effected as others.

              Every human is different.

I am glad to teach you this.

Weight draining affects your performance, which is why Pac is performing so well when he doesn't have to drop 16 or 17 pounds of sweat to make weight. Boxers usually do it though so they can fight smaller fighters (or to compete with the other fighters their size who are already weight draining to make weight.)

Why would Haye unnecessarily weight drain himself for a HW weigh in?

He is not weight drained. 210 is probably the lowest he will go to without bad side effects, heck we don't know how he will perform now.

Yes Pac lost a lot of weight, and I already explained that he has performed better, gained more bulk and power.

If he's not weight drained now at 210, then he could fairly easily still make CW, simple as that.

You've already shown your ignorance on the matter by bringing up Haye's low bodyfat %. Fair bit easier to lose water weight from muscle than from fat cells, eh kid?
