Based on the way Haye has conditioned himself I can't see it either. Haye has basically opted to go no more than 4 rounds with his loss of weight. I'd be surprised if Audley lasts more than 4. If I had to predict it, I think Audley is getting layed flat out on the canvas in the second, he wont make the count.

Rooting for Audley for the sake of it though. Never thought I'd say this but oh well...
