I disagree slightly,catchweight title fights have been around forever,but this 1 is for a vacant title against a man that doesn't deserve to be fighting for a title at 154!!Pacman should have given an elite 154lber this chance,or do like Cotto did & go & take the title from a champion(after all Manny is the greater of the 2)right??On paper indeed.
