Most of his girth comes from alcohol. If he simply cuts that out of his diet, I can see him losing that much.

yeah he also has full english breakfasts and so on, hopefully a picture will come on soon but I cant imagine him being more than 160 pounds right now, if he could easily lose another 10 pounds. Then he can apply for his license for one last fight

Don't think he'd be up to much after this layoff. Unless he's still got it in him to be a contender at 140 he doesn't have anywhere to go.
