Boxing is supposed to be a fraternity of sort, and Parkinson's seems to be something that is a possible consequence of the sport. Fighters usually show sympathy to other fighters when it comes to stuff like that. At least they should.

Roach's condition is likely the result of a tough career he had, but he is not alone in that. Two of the greatest ever boxers, Muhammad Ali and Ray Robinson also suffered from a similar condition, in Robinsons' case Alzheimers though which is different.

At the end of the day Marg and his team deserve all the criticism they get and nobody should be defending.

of course it was a poor choice on their part. But my whole issue is you play with fire you will get burned. Roach was fair game and it just happened that Margos camp went that far. There are certain indivduals that will take it to levels you and I wouldnt. margo is that guy and so is Rios. It all comes down to the individual and what his morals are.

Roach is fair game and I can make a list of stuff that you can talk crap about Roach.

However, the disease as Antonio and TheGreatA pointed out that is more boxing related and greats like SRR and Ali is stuff that you should not be poking fun about.

Like I said they deserve all the criticism they get for it, and really nobody should be defending it.
