How can anyone have respect for him in the first place,the guy is a cheater,and should be in prison for aggravated battery.

First he cheats...then he jokes about cheating because he got away with it...and now he mocks someone with a disease. I believe in 2nd chances, so giving him a license again is OK(not right or wrong) in my book, but what followed...not cool man.
