BoxingScene.com has been advised by Richard Mota, who manages WBA/WBO light flyweight champion Giovani Segura, that his fighter will now face former mimimumweight interm-titlist Manuel "Chango" Vargas on November 27th. Segura was originally scheduled to face Filipino Denver Cuello, but there appeared to be a snag that crippled the deal.
