I am just going to go right in and save you a debate. If you have been here long enough you will realize that mayweather wins all fantasy fights. Key word is "ALL"

Mayweather by wide UD. He'd be using his excellent jab and target it to the Punisher's body. This will break him down and render him ineffective. To add, Paul Williams comes in wild with his attack and he will be countered all night long.

        Both are not heavy punchers...
Paul has reach and height advantage but I don't see him using them to his advantage. I always see him fight the height of his opponent.

Mayweather doesn't have a puncher strength, but is agile and has the smartness to win this fight. I pick Mayweather.

You would have to favour Mayweather in an uncomfortable fight for him where he would have to be more active.

Williams fights the same fight every fight. Go in and overwhelm the opponent by throwing 80-100 punches a rd and win via activity, superior stamina and chin.

He doesn't particularly fight the way a tall man should. He doesn't use his height to outbox guys on the outside with a long jab. He's just fireworks 24/7.

Mayweather's defense would serve him well in this fight, though Williams height and SP stance makes it difficult for him. Floyd likes to counter the SP jab by throwing the quick left hook over the top.....hard to do against a guy that much taller. I see Floyd using his legs and doing alot of moving and leading with the str8 right to the head, but even more importantly to the body. He likes to use the str8 right to the liver and solar plexus region against SP. He is very effective with that punch. See Corley, Judah or Mitchell fights (he dropped SM with a str8 right to the body).

The other thing i see him possibly doing is getting in the pocket against Paul, where his shorter punching, superior thinking, footword, speed and reflexes would give him an advantage and the ability to tag Paul as he tries to step back and open up.

It's a hard fight to judge, but i feel after watching Cintron's success with the right hand, you must favour Floyd.

Similar to Quintana vs Williams I, only Floyd is a faster a more defensively sound version of Quintana.

Mayweather by wide UD. 118-110 or something like that.

Yeah, that's the keyword "ALL FANTASY FIGHT, floyd wins".
We could even throw Chuck Norris with a Panzer Tank to boot, he will still be obliterated by floyd one handed.

You guys are picking Mayweather assuming he could handle a southpaw, assuming he could handle a big prime welterweight-junior middleweight.

Sorry never could, never would(and there is a reason)

Williams by wide decision and bad beating!

Mayweather by UD if he has the balls to sign the fight. The word of the day is "Sign".
