Not very good. Here are his career highlights and why I say that he isn't that good:

1. He got his first loss from Adrian Diaconu, who is average... at best.
2. His second loss was to Yusaf Mack, no crime. Good fighter, who had better speed and technique... the fight was closer than it should have been considering the skills differential, so hats off to Henry for this fight.
3. Was getting dominated by George until George broke his hand in an extremely devastating way... there's a reason he had/has (don't know if he has fought since) a really long layoff.
4. Blew away Hugo Hernan Garay. Garay was weight drained, and really, isn't that good I don't think.

I think the biggest problem in the four points is the George bit... he looked absolutely outclassed early. Someone like Dawson would make him look silly.
