What's peculiar are the inconsistencies in Margo's testimony before the commission regarding having never spoken to Capetillo immediately after the scandal, and then stating he did speak to him only briefly after that.

But the thing is he isn't theorizing because thats exactly what happened in the ring. It's not like Cintron vs margarito didn't happen twice with the exact result that capatillo just described. And to top it off Manny Steward who was Cintron's trainer for the second fight has already said he checked those gloves those wraps and found nothing abnormal. He signed off on them!!

Funny thing is that he is saying that would happen if Tony had or didn't had plaster. So yes, he is theorizing, because he either had plaster, or he didn't, so one of them did not happen.
