I say Pac excuses for not wanting testing is enough evidence to test him in the 21st century.

Most of those who think Pac is lying is basing their opinion on Konz's statement of them agreeing up to 7 days.

Pac said he agreed to all tests.
Roach said they agreed to all tests.

Konz has been wrong before and i believe he's wrong now and that Pac did agree to all the tests floyd demanded.

Only time will tell if i'm right or wrong in this i guess.
