He's a likable guy, and I'd love to hear a modern middleweight who'd get through his resume, but I honestly think the guy's pretty done at this point as far as beating elite guys at 168-175, but who knows?

taylor should quit boxing. if he really really wants another fight though, allan green would be a good fight for him.

Legit comeback? Prolly not. All this time away from the ring to recover is gonna set him back to the point where he won't be nearly as good as he once was.

White guys with heavy hands seem to be Taylor's kryptonite.

Anyways, it's not that he looked like dog shit fighting against Froch and Abraham. He got worn out and hit with some heavy blows.

I think this time off is good for him. He's been in a lot of hard fights. I would like to see him at 175 against Pascal.

He's still a good fighter but I don't think he can really compete at the elite level much anymore...

he can most definitely, he just has to take a long road back, not a couple of bums and then right back into the mix, that'll just get him ko'd again and hurt most likely.

but if he were to take the espn route back to the upside of boxing, he can pull it off, because not only does he need to regroup with his style but more important he needs to build up his confidence and get used to taking punishment again.

i think taylor being in the tournament really damaged his career, and i mean by the KO's back to back, not the fact that he lost both fights. his chin may never be the same, so he's better suited to take it very slow and work on his defense.

if taylor knew how to clinch proper he probably might have been able to avoid his ko losses, im' not sure about the abraham loss but for sure the froch loss, clinching would've gave taylor enough time to survive and get the win.

any who, taylor back with his old trainer, and a long slow road to rebuild and regroup, it's possible.......... but does he want it????

i'm a huge taylor critic, think he was a hbo media darling hype job on his way up, but i started liking him after he was struggling in the ring because it was real, not the hype..........

now i wish him the best of luck........ in whatever he decides to do.
