It is David Rodela. Roach had Pacquiao stop sparring with bigger guys since they got back to Cali. Roach had Marotisyan and Quillin ready for when Pacquiao got back, but the plans changed because he didn't want anything to happen to Pacquiao so close to the fight.

Knowing Pacquiao, he probably tried to do the same he thing he did with Medina here and it didn't go too well. I think Pacquiao was getting tattooed and worn down by Medina and Tapia and that's part of the reason why Roach was so worried.
