#1=Jones. If the question is DOMINATE, than no man did to others what Jones did.

#2=Floyd or SRL(I dont like Floyd at all, but dont hate)
    #3=Pac or Whitaker

everyone has seen ali and louis and robinson fights on youtube too , you don't see people saying ali , louis and robinson.

the correct answer is manny pacquiao.
You realize there is no correct answer to the OP's question as he's looking for peoples opinion right?

A prime mike imo is a great candidate for best fighter a lot of us have ever seen; i agree.

      Actually think about the question.

i think YOU need to fucking read the question.

his question is who's the greatest fighter you've seen who was active in your lifetime.

wazaa is barely in his early 20's. mike tyson's prime was when he was barely born.

next time read before you reply.

Sven Ottke.....without a doubt. Completely dominant. Could win a fight even when he clearly lost.

REgardless, he still saw the guy.

Even an out of prime tyson looked great if you discount his losses. He did thing to this day no other fighter even attempts. That ferociousness, speed, and defense...on a heavy? Jaw dropping.

Guys like Pacman do nothing for me. I don't feel like there's much skill involved.

I use to watch clottey and think he was the perfect fighter. Stylistically - he did so much right and looked good doing it.

Pirog impressed me with jacobs. He showed 3 different defensive styles from rolling, slipping, shelling. Went conventional and southpaw, countered and initiated. etc etc.

The opinion shouldn't be based on someones accomplishments or accolades but what style is your cup of tea, visually.

              For me

              Tyson
              mayweather
              clottey
              finito
              jones
              and sergio martinez

All do things in spots that to me are pure brilliance. Finito being the most technically sound I've ever seen (although too young to see him at his finest, like the Tyson fan, i've seen videos)

But none of that should matter. As i said, actually read the question.

Reggie Strickland. A Beast. All of the current fighters are lucky they never had to chance to see him, for real.
