his question is who's the greatest fighter you've seen who was active in your lifetime.
wazaa is barely in his early 20's. mike tyson's prime was when he was barely born.
next time read before you reply.
REgardless, he still saw the guy.
Even an out of prime tyson looked great if you discount his losses. He did thing to this day no other fighter even attempts. That ferociousness, speed, and defense...on a heavy? Jaw dropping.
Guys like Pacman do nothing for me. I don't feel like there's much skill involved.
I use to watch clottey and think he was the perfect fighter. Stylistically - he did so much right and looked good doing it.
Pirog impressed me with jacobs. He showed 3 different defensive styles from rolling, slipping, shelling. Went conventional and southpaw, countered and initiated. etc etc.
The opinion shouldn't be based on someones accomplishments or accolades but what style is your cup of tea, visually.
For me
Tyson
mayweather
clottey
finito
jones
and sergio martinez
All do things in spots that to me are pure brilliance. Finito being the most technically sound I've ever seen (although too young to see him at his finest, like the Tyson fan, i've seen videos)
But none of that should matter. As i said, actually read the question.
