And as a fan, of course it's just going to get annoying because we'll now see probably some undeserving guys with the IBF and who knows what will happen to the WBO/WBC belts if bradley wins but refuses to pay.
That's idiotic. Bradley used to pay the WBC sanctioning fees when he was their champion. It didn't seem to matter to the WBC when they decided to strip him of that title anyway.

Why should Bradley waste his money paying sanctioning fees when the WBC can just turn around at a moments notice and strip him of the title for any reason they see fit?

they don't have to pay all the sanctioning fees... we all know it's a unification fight, but it's probably a good idea so that khan/ortiz/zab can start unifying.

Why should he? The WBC disrespected Bradley once already. He doesn't need the WBC belt and he is avoiding wasting his money on sanctioning fee. He is doing the right thing.

Kudos to Bradley for tells the ABCs to shove it. Hopefully, Team Alexander (along with other top fighters) wake up and realize that paying these ABC groups for their belts is a joke. If fighters quit paying, the ABC groups go outta business, and boxing is rid of this disease.

But year, **** the WBC, **** the WBO.

            WAR TIM BRADLEY
Nah, it was Lamont Peterson for the WBO and Alexander for the WBC.

If you're using revisionist history, it'll look as if he went the easier route, but Peterson and Alexander were thought to be on the same level, except Peterson was more popular in boxing circles. Alexander didn't actually distinguish himself until he stopped Witter in a **** fight.

The garbage sanctioning bodies forced him to choose one or the other like sluts finding out their man is cheating on them with another and giving him an ultimatum.

i dont think the organisations help themselves any and they need to start collaborating better for the good of the sport but the working principle is sound....a 'world champion' belt gives the fight kudos and greater earning potential and the sanctioning body should put the fees into the development of the sport and the development of young talent....sadly it seems to have become a farce with corruption and self servience....beltholders should unify as much as possible....the bodies should use a common set of ratings ...its ludicrous that one organisation should rank 1 fighter in top 3 and another organisation doesnt even place him in the top 10....and do away with all these minor belts and 'emiritus super champion in recess shhit'.....make it simple...u are either world champion or u are not...everyone else is a contender....as for khan/bradley/alexander/maidana and the rest....there are clearly 4 in the division that are contesting the top spot....khan v maidana, bradley v alexander.....the winners must fight....and the winner of that can be recognised as the lineal champ given pac's now at 147-150. whoever has got an alphabet belt after that can challenge the lineal king at 140...expect they will go up to 147 tho....

Bradley is taking a page out of Mayweather's book huh..He is right tho Bradley knows there is only one belt that matters and that's the ring belt..

I thin Bradley should make a statement and not pay the fee. I think all boxers should make that statement. Why in the **** should you have to pay for something you earned in the ring? It doesn't make sense, **** belts. Belts are a scam!

Bradley won the WBO belt with his win over Holt not peterson, then fought Campbell which is why he lost his belt for not fighting Devon cause Campbell was more of a name then Devon at the time..He defended his WBO belt against Peterson..

Bradley already was a unified Champ remember,Bradley's rank is num 1(you don't get no better then that)and if he can beat Devon and Khan or Maidana he will have the belt that matters..
