Ie. that nothing potentially advantageous was found in the wraps, but that minor substances/materials were present that technically shouldn't have been there, and so 'correct' procedure was followed? And that if it was a 'serious' case, Margarito would've been hit with a lifetime ban?

It was political since bureaucrats like the ones at the CSAC love to have their name in the press for "cleaning up boxing".

The case was bull**** from the start. That **** Karen Chappele wanted a lifetime ban before any lab tests were even done.
