are you 90 years old? I only seen 2 blurry clips of pep and he was pretty good, but the best has got to be Roy jones because that was all he ever did he lacked fundemental defense, but Floyd Mayweather is a damn good complete fighter hahaah feints and all.

he was good because of his speed...people tend to 'flinch' when a guy can uncork at you real fast....as far as the best..i dunno...
