The fact is, Pacquaio's supporters are 100% correct in that Mayweather had absolutely no cause or merit in requesting the USADA testing. But, the longer Pac refuses, he gives it merit. Clean people don't worry about drug testing. Point blank.

I just provided facts to why Pac should demand a over the weight penalty cause Floyd has a history of coming in over the contracted weight..

If Manny thinks his opponents should pay $10 million for every pound they come in overweight (that Floyd ding ding ding ding agreed too) than he needs to go to the commission and make that a rule right????? Again you didn't prove anything other than your OWN OPINION as to why YOU think pac should have "merit" OVER Mayweather. Its called double standards. If Mayweather cant make rules outside of the commission than NEITHER can Pac.... just because YOU think Pac has "merit" is your opinion which has zero "merit" on if either guy should or shouldn't be allowed to make demands for a fight in the sport of boxing.
